The most recent standalone offline installer for Windows, called WAU Manager (Windows Automatic Updates), may be downloaded for free. It is a feature-rich substitute for the integrated Windows Updating interface.
WAU Manager Overview
With the help of this utility, you can manage every aspect of Windows updates, including when and how they are delivered. It also offers full uninstall and maintenance assistance.
Additionally, the Install Updates module installs the updates that are found and searches for new ones. This module’s updates can also be hidden. Installable updates for hidden updates are not shown. You can hide or uninstall updates that have already been installed using the Uninstall Updates module.
You can view hidden updates and unhide the ones you want with the Unhide Updates module. Additionally, the View update history module allows you to carry out Windows Update maintenance tasks in addition to displaying the history of Windows updates.
