For Windows PCs, PhotoFiltre Studio can be downloaded for free. It is a software with a short learning curve. It has capabilities for both editing pre-existing photos and producing new ones.

You can apply filters (watercolor, pastel, ink, etc.) and accurately control the brightness, contrast, saturation, and gamma with PhotoFiltre. Moreover, this editor can generate greeting cards and envelopes and optimize the timetable by working with the ornamental text. Additionally, the user has access to over a hundred picture processing effects, including ones that simulate pastels, watercolor, the effect of breakage on puzzles, and more.
The most frequently used filters are conveniently located on the toolbar. PhotoFiltre Studio offers additional options such as layer utilization, sophisticated selection, and the ability to store information in a distinct file for future use. There are multiple language translations available for the software interface, including Russian.
PhotoFiltre Studio supports Adobe Photoshop’s 8bf format filter, which is only 32 bits in size! When installed in any directory, it is permissible attachment subdirectories) that let you connect as many configurations as you want to plug in, organize them externally, and move them around the main Plugins software directory (path to the directory given in “Settings -> 8BF”) as needed.
